Visit to Botanical Garden and Eco Park, Chandigarh

Chandigarh College of Pharmacy always believe in on-field training and exposure of the students to the real scenario. Continuing with the same legacy, B. Pharm semester 4 students were taken to Botanical Garden and Eco Park, Chandigarh. Pharmacognosy is the subject in the syllabus dealing with herbal medicines and natural remedies for various diseases and disorders. This visit to botanical garden will definitely help these budding minds to correlate their academic knowledge with the variety of plant species they have observed in the botanical garden. This experience will definitely impart a long term impression in their minds. Faculty members, D. Shweta Pandey, Ms. Sonia Arora and Ms. Anshul Sharma conducted the tour in well-disciplined manner.
