5 days workshop

In collaboration with IIC, Make intern and E-cell IIT Kharagpur, Pharmacy Department of Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran organized a five days workshop, Zonal centre Program from 8th Jan-12th January. Director Principal Dr. Saurab Sharma addressed the faculty members and students present and gave an interesting ensight on the theme of the event “Pharmaceutical Product management”. Eminent speakers were Mr. Anupam Raja, Dr. Abhay Asthana, Dr. Teenu Sharma, Dr. Rajan Swami, Ms.Suchita Bhatnagar, Mr. Amol Adkonkar and Mr.Datla Janak verma for respective sessions. The faculty and students posed lot of queries and the workshop helped in acquiring industrial skills amongst the students and also motivated them to think out of the box and become young researchers. Moreover Quiz contest was conducted in order to enhance the depth knowledge of students regarding Pharmaceutical Product management on daily basis. On the last day, the top five winners were bestowed with trophies. Name of winners were: Alok Pathak, Vishnu Sharma, Manish Kumar, Pravnee and Raj Bansal. This workshop was attended by approximately 75 Pharmacy students and faculty members. At the end of the day, vote of thanks was delivered by Director-Principal, Dr.Saurabh Sharma.
