5-Day Summer Training Program
Bridging Classroom Learning with Industrial Practice!
Chandigarh College of Pharmacy (CCP), CGC Landran, successfully organized a 5-Day Summer Training Program in collaboration with Signoret Pharmaceuticals, Mohali, from 6th-10th July 2026, providing students with valuable exposure to Industrial Pharmacy and Quality Control. The program was designed to strengthen the practical skills of pharmacy students through immersive, industry-oriented learning experiences. Throughout the training, students received hands-on experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance processes, including:
- Tablet compression and production operations
- Packaging and labeling systems
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols
- In-process quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Industrial equipment handling and manufacturing workflows
- Understanding regulatory compliance and documentation in pharmaceutical industries
The interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and practical exposure enabled students to connect classroom concepts with real-world pharmaceutical manufacturing practices, preparing them for future roles in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
