Hospital visit to Indus Multispeciality Hospital

B. Pharmacy Second semester students of Chandigarh College of Pharmacy visited Indus Multispeciality Hospital, Dera Bassi, on 8th and 9th April 2026.The visit was organized to provide practical exposure to hospital pharmacy operations and the overall healthcare environment. During the visit, students observed patient care services, drug dispensing systems, and the vital role of pharmacists in clinical settings. They also gained insights into medication management, prescription handling, and the coordination between different healthcare professionals. The experience offered students hands-on understanding of hospital pharmacy practices and highlighted the importance of pharmacists in ensuring effective patient care. It significantly enhanced their knowledge of prescription processing, drug distribution, and teamwork within a healthcare setup.
