Pharma Anveshan (National Pharmacy Education Day)
Students of Chandigarh College of Pharmacy participated in Pharma Anveshan 2025 organized by Laureate Institute of Pharmacy, Kangra in association with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) on 6th March 2025, honouring the legacy of Prof. M.L. Schroff, a pioneer in pharmaceutical education in India. The event paid tribute to the legacy of Prof. M.L. Schroff, a pioneer in pharmaceutical education in India. The theme of Pharma Anveshan, "Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharmacy Practice: Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centers, and Pharmaceutical Startups," highlighted the importance of innovation, the nurturing of new ideas, and advancing practical knowledge within the pharmaceutical sector. Students from various M. Pharmacy branches participated in a poster presentation competition.
Rishad, M. Pharmacy, 4th semester (Pharmacy Practice), won the first prize for best poster presentation, receiving a cash award of Rs 2,100. Kirpal Singh, M. Pharmacy, 2nd semester (Pharmaceutics), secured the third Prize for his e-poster presentation. Additionally, Ms. Shalu Shukla, Assistant Professor, participated in the oral presentation category and won the first prize for best brawl presentation with a cash award of Rs 2,100.
