Regional Investor Awareness Program

With the aim of educating and informing students about investment opportunities, financial literacy, and related topics, Regional Investor Awareness Program was organized by Chandigarh College of Pharmacy in association with IIC. The Eminent Speaker, Mohd Izhar Ul Islam, Deputy Manager at the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd shared his valuable knowledge about savings, conversion of savings into investments, recognized products of investments and dos and don'ts while investing. He shed highlight on topics such as basic financial concepts, mutual funds, investment strategies, risk management, and understanding financial markets. With his expertise in finance, he has made significant contributions to his previous employers, which include HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd., ITI Asset Management Ltd., and Ethical Invest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This program was helpful in building a more informed and financially secure community.
